Diet for bulking cycle
I have just trimmed off a bunch of excess fat before the start of my upcoming cycle. I am at 206lbs with my abs showing wonderfully :). I am doing a basic 10 week test, deca and dbol cycle and wanted to put on as much mass as possible w/o putting on too much excess fat. Here is the diet I had in mind and am curious to hear some opinions on it. I planned on doing a 4000 calorie 40/40/20 diet, that breaks down to 400 grams of protein, 400 grams of carbs and 90 grams of fat. Thanks for the input in advance.

I wrote this diet plan up, I figure I will pick 6 of these a day:
Meals:
-1c egg sub, 2 egg, 6 t-bacon, bagel
-turkey sub, protein bar
-9.5oz steak, 1 1/3c rice
-2 cans tuna, 3 slices of bread
-2 7oz burgers
-4 corn tortilla w/9.5oz of chicken or turkey, 2/3c rice
-2 chicken breast, 1 1/3c rice
1 1/3c rice can be replaced by 2 cups pasta
shakes
-myoplex w/OJ and sc. protien
-3 sc. enlarge, 1 sc. protien, 12oz milk
Fruits and veggies thrown in whenever I feel like eating them
