I would bump it up to 35-50mg. Is this you first cycle?You should throw so test in there maybe sust250 at 500mg a week.
If this is you 1st cycle try 35mg d-ball ed /// sust250 at 500aw
deca at 300aw. Get some nolvadex ,clomid.

deca 400mg/week for 9 weeks
d-bol 25mg/week for 4 weeks<-- was planning this but i do want the best results iam not a oral type person i have plenty of nolvadex and clomid in hand just in case. and i was told to buy some milk thistle.

for those who asked this is going to be my 3rd cycle and in the past i have used sust and deca only.

Nolvadex won't do sh*t for pro-gyno. Get your hands on some test or winny, unless you don't mind looking like your sister.

you can have as much nolv on hand but it will do nothing against progesterone gyno....if you throw in winny thats the only hing that will battle it....if you add a test it should even it all out and you SHOULD be fine...at that low a dose...and IMO i would up the dbol to about 40 mg ed....

I highly doubt he will get gyno from 300mg a week of deca . Stop scaring the guy. Have winnie on hand just in case but seriously, don't sweat it.

400mg a week deca for 10 weeks
dbol for the first 4 at 35mg a day.
not a bad fisrt cycle... ideally some test would be nice

like...

400mg a week t-200 for 10 weeks
400mg a week deca for 10 weeks
dbol for the first 4 at 35mg a day.
0.25 mg af arimidex every day.

as always milk thistle with orals and clomid at the end.
