hey guys couple of questions about clen , thinking of running it soon however every time i run it i simple loose to much density i become very lean but loose alot of size on my upper body, my questions are am i running it properly i was running it at 2 weeks on 2 weeks off ? i was also not eating any carbs at all ? was living on meats and veg . maybe if i add carbs any thoughts ?? also im 5,10,84kg have been lifting for the last 3 years 5 times a week , wat would be a good starting dose ?? i was using 3ml a day at my peak
