1-ad for bridging and maintenance?
I know the jury isnt quite out on thei pro hormones, like mag -10 and ad
but heres the deal, I am finishing up a cycle of prop (9weeks) and am going to be starting an eq cycle in about 12 weeks, here is my question
could I ue this 1-ad stuff inbetween to help maintain my gains, or is stuff strong enough where I should let my body fully recover?, like would 4 weeks of it in the middle somewhere be a bad thing?

A friend of mine used mag-10 and used clomid to come off instead of the M and all was well. Great gains and kept almost all of it...

you guys may think good idea, but i say bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it doesnt give cleaning time for your receptors or your natural test production to restart, atleast fullly. I just think your body needs a break from hormones. thats your time off, stick with it!
use creatine to bridge!

All prohormones are just like steroids . The only difference is prohormones are chemically a little bit different. So you might take 100 mg of 1 ad but only 10 percent of that will get in your body. When you take 100 mg of test, all 100 mg will get in your system. Prohormones will shut your bodys natural test levels down as well. They are the exact same thing except steroids are stronger!!!

1-AD will shut down test COMPLETELY. 1-test is very suppressive do not bridge with it.

great, thanks for all the good information, now I know what to avoid, I will use creatine, even though I was trying to avoid it because of the bloating, but anything is better than losing muscle
