It all comes crashing down
Well I blew it. Torn left pec tendon. Getting surgery on Monday. What a waste of a cycle. Now I get to sit in the corner and shrivel up like some worthless peasant. I cannot express my frustration.

Shitty bro, well wish you a speed recovery.
Might want to take some creatine to help prevent some muscle atrophy.

I was ordered off all supplements as of yesterday, no fish oil, no creatine, no arginine, aas, ai's. It's funny how the doctor knew I juiced... I just don't understand how you can say someone juices just because he tore a pec tendon at 25... Could it not happen to anyone? I am still gonna lift my right arm just because I will go crazy if I have to sit around.

Happened to a freind of mine a 48 yrs old and he was natural so at least you have an excuse. The good news is he healed up just fine and hes an old goat LOL.
Good luck on a solid recovery, make sure to consult the physician on anything you are going to do. Since early on even though you are working the other arm you may be involving the chest too much.

Benching. Trying to get my max and on a warmup set 4th rep coming out of the hold felt and heard rip rip rip my spotter saved my life. I was on test cyp and tren 100mg ed at the time and obviously was pushing it too far in search of that bigger number. I am dumb and sorry to all those who said no to the tren in the first place. Now I have to sit it out and obviously overcome much bigger obstacles than a number which was nothing more than am ego thing to begin with. Doctor commented that he knew I was juicing

sucks to hear bro, hope you have a speedy and successful recovery use the time to regroup and reflect on the mistakes that led up to the injury and try and eliminate those hazards next time. too much too fast is detrimental in just about everything in life historically.
and I about pissed myself laughing at shrivel up like some worthless peasant bit...bwahahhaa!!! thats some sick words bro...take it easy

Having second thoughts about the surgery and losing sleep worrying about it... Wouldnt happen to be any radiologists or orthopedic people on here to maybe read over my mri results. Bottom line of 2nd mri is full thickness left pectoralis major tear/injury. I can post a copy of the mri notes if anyone can help...

I feel your pain man,i had shoulder surgery back in january for bone spurs and a torn labrum ligament, now in 6 week of therapy, after my surgery i took 2 weeks off from gym,and then i started back working out, with just one arm,i couldnt set at the house and do nothing, its been a bitch not being able to workout with both arms, but at least im getting to workout some....still like 3 more weeks of therapy before i can start back with injured shoulder, plus its gonna take 2 months to get my strength and endurance back in my shoulder, and now my wife just booked a vacation after that,so i cant start my new cycle till ****ing July...it sucks...good luck man,and keep your head up..and for 2nd thoughts about surgery, really think about it,if i hadnt had my surgery, the bone spurs i had removed would have eventually torn my rotator, then i would have been out nearly a year...so really think about it

I'm having second thoughts bc I don't trust the doctor and surgeons recommendations to jump right into surgery. I personally still have not seen the actual MRI film so I think I would actually like to see it and want a second opinion.

I'm 36 yo and I've worked in surgery since I was 19. Surgery can be some crazy $hit but might be necessary. If there is anything I can encourage you to do, it would be to get a second opinion. Some surgeons want to operate on everything and you owe it yourself to get someone else to look at it. Good luck!

As you can see in my avatar( yes my face is concealed for privacy reasons, I actually have a human face) I really did not get great results from the cycle I ran for 6 weeks seriously. My arms look as small as before using gear, but I should have known I would't get 20 inch guns on a first cycle... Just worrying about shrinking up from not being able to lift
