New Cycle...any sudjestions?

My Stats......5'11", 160 lbs. 11-12% BF.
Goal.......Get to about 185-190, 8-9% BF.

Test Eth. 400 MG/Week weeks 1-10
Deca 200 MG/Week weeks 1-10
Winny 50mg EOD weeks 11-15
clomid day after winny 300 day one, 100 for 10 days, 50mg for 10 days

Also thought about running some Nolvadex but im not sure when to throw that in.

Toss the deca and get Eq. for what your trying to accomplish.
Bump the test to 500mg ew and Eq at 400mg ew

bro, i think your goal might be a little unrealistic, you would have to have super gentics to pull off a 30lbs increase and lower your body fat by 3%...you didnt give your cycle history either bro.. at 5'11 and 160 you might be better off eating more calories and putting the juice aside for a while.....Madmax..

I told you to run EQ . Anyway run this cycle...
Test E 1-11 400mg week
EQ 1-10 400mg week
Winny 9-13 50mg ED(inject EOD and drink it EOD if you dont want daily injections)

You'll probably gain 15 lbs on this cycle while dropping a percent or two of bf% if you eat correctly. Read up on a good diet and what you should be eating/how much you should be eating.
You can run prop for the first 3 weeks at 100mg EOD if you are impatient and want to see results from the start. Most likely I will be doing that also. Talk to you later.
