Injecting
curious as to how you inject (glutes) do you inject in the same cheek every time or is switching it up every week a good choice? right/left/right/left ect...

Yes, you should rotate injection sites.
Adding other sites to your cycle is a good idea as well.

Agree with above. Glutes only probably works fine if you are on a long ester, but may not work as well if you are injecting every day or EOD.

yea. don't rotate glute site too much, always to upper outer quadrant, but DO rotate sides every injection.
glutes are good for larger CC injections- i use on days when i have a bunch to get in and only want to pin once... like hcg &test, or any other mix
also, if you pin a few times a week, start putting in easy sites like quads and delts. that will give you 6 sites to rotate between glutes, delts, quads, instead of just two.

I've recently started hitting my shoulders. I got this horrible bruise about three inches below the injection site. Even after that I my shoulders still are pretty smooth to hit. I really like my quads. It's nice to be able to see what you're doing without having to twist around. Quads hurt more than shoulders or glutes, but it's easier. The first time I hit my quad it knotted up pretty bad, but now it's the least painful. I still don't like the position though.
