    l-dex or Femara

    I want to take something for the bloat and water retention, and possibly to help with a little lower chest fat and lower ab fat. Was going to take L-dex, until i started reading about femara, now i can't decide. Curious about femara raising IGF-1 levels.
    Which one guys?
    Current cycle- 26 yrs. 6'3"- 265 as of this morning, Around 13-15 % BF
    Deca 400 mg/wk- 12 weeks
    Prop Weeks 5-15
    Winny Depot-50 mg/ED weeks 11-15

    mainly for bloat - I would go with l-dex.

    There's only 1 study that shows femara raising IGF-1, but there are a few that show it doesn't low it. I like femara, that's my choice. Check this thread out. It has info on femara, that helped me make me decision to use femara.

    Liquidex or femara won't help with the fat bro. It WILL help in reducing your water retention. I'm taking 1.25mg/ED of letrozole , the generic version of femara, and I'm lovin' it. IMO I think its one of the best anti-e s you can get and I will use it in all my future cycles. The best thing to get rid of unwanted fat is cardio first thing in the A.M. on an empty stomach. You may also want to consider throwing an clen /ECA stack alternating every two wks to jumpstart the fat burning. Good luck.
