Deca and test ?

I know deca is suppose to help with joint pains. But what else does it really do for you? Why is it that most will add this to their test.?

Also any of you ever use t-400 ? Good results?

As for the t-400. I wouldn't use it unless you have cycled a couple times. Also I heard it stings like a bitch. Best of luck..

Thanks for the info. As for cycles, the last 8-10yrs. Just never used t-400. I also heard it stings but that doesn't bother me as much as it not being worth doing. There are a few things that I just came in contact with that I've never really heard the ins and outs of and need to learn more before attempting.Thanks again.
