    First post/I have a question...

    I have recently began taking Test cypionate from my doc. Since then I have cut out Mt Dew (which I was drinking about 3 liters a day of) and switched to water for my main source of liquid. The problem is I have gained 20 pounds in a week of water weight. Has anyone else had this problem? What is the best way to shed the water without getting stuck taking diuretics forever?

    What are your stats?
    How much cyp are you taking each week?
    20lbs in one week?
    Are you on cyp from your doctor for hrt?
    what is your diet like?
    How long have you been training?

    I basically changed everything all at once. My diet to healthy high protein, Stopped drinking soda, started working out the day after my first shot. I haven't worked out in about 5 years. I am on 200 cyp. injections every other week. This was my 2nd injection and it was about 10 days after the first. (I didn't want to wait another 4 days after I started seeing results in a week!) And then all the water retention started happening.

    Oh I started working out weighing about 225 pounds then went down to 220. Now I am @ 240+

    I thought I did but I will try again.
    5-10 225 but have gained 20# of water this past week.
    200mg every 2 weeks. Started on 3/22
    Doctor yes.
    I am taking several supplements as well such as protein and creatine and DHEA tabs 25 mg day.
    My diet was horrible but have changed it to much healthier, high protein low bad fat, about 3000 calories/day
    Used to work out constantly all natural but stopped after several injuries about 7 years ago. Just started working out again a week ago.
