1ST time sust cycle

ok here goes. i'm 5' 9" 182lbs. 11% BF I have been taking whey protein and creatine for about 2 months now. after work i hit the weight room everyday, m-f. moday is chest and calves, tuesday bi & tri's, wednsday legs, thursday back, and finally friday shoulders. i ordered 10 amps sustanon and 20 tabs of clomid. i have been reading sust cycles here and on the web and all have different theories. 1st let me state that if i am lucky enough to receive this gear, it will be the only amount i can get until i find a better source. so any replys must use the 10 amps and 20 tabs clomid. can someone please tell me a cycle to use with this quantity? thanks in advance!

I got 5 grams of Creatine - can you tell me how to load it for a week using only this amount?

You need more gear - and you would be better off with a single ester testosterone for a first cycle.

Here's a hint - 500mg/week and most cycles are 10-12-16 weeks long... ;)

thanks for replying guys. so i probably need 10 more amps for a good sust cycle. if i'm not able to get more sust, could i use the sust in stack with deca? how much deca should i look to acquire? thanks.:hello:

bro use the search thing. But since you are obviously not doing that- 400mg of deca a week and 500mg of sust a week. Shoot AT LEAST 2x a week. For example- Tue- mix 200 deca and 250 sust. Same on Th. You need more Clomid. Like double that.

I wouldn't say you need to double your clomid. Of course if you do you will probably keep more gains if you did. But you should try to get more.

Oh and bye the way you probably wont be happy with your gains if you try doing a cycle with sust only or a cycle with a little bit of sust and a little bit of deca. Like ultimate fighter said 500mg of sust per week and 400 mg of deca. Then you should be happy(as long as you eat, workout, and do everything else right).
