    Chunks In my Liquid T3

    Have my T3 from Arr that I just got the other day.
    There are little chunks floating around in the bottle...

    Is this normal?

    Yes. Most all of mine have some floatie stuff in it.

    you getting the same liguid as me... Arr stuff

    so do you give it a good shake before you take it?

    cusrious how did you T3 from arr work for you

    Yes mine is ARR. I shake it beforehand and I am taking it with Clen for now. I only take 50mcg of T3 and 80mcg of Clen and dont plan on taking my T3 intake past 75mcg because otherwise I start to feel real weak, tired and start to put on weight.

    i need to play the dosage... I will not be going past 100mcg but need to feel what effects i get between 80mcg & 100mcg. reason i am staying in dosage of 20's is because the way the liquid is dosed at 200mcg per ML. it is just easier to go from 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 IMHO...

    did you have it in the fridge?

    I blast all of my RC's in the microwave for 5 sec to reliquify the solution

    It doesn't damage the compound in any way

    just got it the other day. Went to take it this morning and noticed chunky floaters... I sent customer service at ARR an email. I will wait to see what they say

    Are you splitting up the T3... morning / AFT / Night?
    Or like Clen all in the AM ?

    On empty stomach first thing upon waking I take both. I dont like to break them up cause then it affects my sleep. Then I dont eat for at least 30-45 minutes after taking it as it has been stated that taking any oral of anything with food because it will prevent uptake because it will bind with the food in your stomach.

    Hmmm... good info..did not know that about taking orals with food. Need to figure out a system now. I am up at 5:45am and take my protein shake and a small carb then i am off to the gym from 6:30 -8:00am...

    Might train first, burn what i have already consumed then take the Clen & T3 after i train...

    i recommend waking up taking your clen /t3 then doing cardio and try to do your weights at night or later in the day. Plus why little carbs with protein shake?

    Do fasted cardio then have protein shake and bulk of carbs in the AM and a good amount pre and post workout but avoid the middle of the day.

    Yup.... Good old diet... love it and hate it. Iam that guy that just can not go with out carbs. I do eat the right carbs but i need my carbs with each meal.
    Mostly oats & eggs or eggs and rye toast for breakfast.... meats and brown rice or Sweet yams for lunch, close to the same thing for dinner...

    Pre workout: Protien shake with oatmeal
    post workout: protien shake with a banana.
    about 30-45 minutes later i am at my office and i have my breakfast.

    Being a father of two yonge kids and a full time job Mon-Fri the only time i can train is before work.
