    Question Help about PCT (Primobolan + Sustanon)

    Hello Guys,
    My first cycle was 2 Primobolan for 8 weeks.
    Now i m going for my 2nd cycle but i have some questions in my mind because it is first time i m gonna use sustanon . I got the cycle from my trainer. 5 weeks of primobolan and sustanon. (my goal is to gain 6-8 kg (16 lbs)

    Primobolan 2 - 2 - 3 - 3 - 2
    (5 weeks cycle)
    Sustanon 1 - 1 - 2 - 1 - 1


    He told me to take Nolvadex 5 days before i start my cycle 2 tablets every day.

    2 tablets while doing cycle every day.

    1 tablet for 1 week when cycle is over.

    so its like 2x5days (before cycle) 2x35days(in cycle) and 1x7days (after cycle)

    Nutrition: 700gr of chicken + 400gr of rice + unlimited fruit. NO sugar.

    (!) But.. he didn't tell me to take HCG (pregnyl). (!)

    I think maybe because doses are low ??
    But some of my friends say that my natural testerone level will go down even with 1x5 weeks of sustanon so you need HCG. I don't know what to do please help me thanks a lot.

    - Age 20
    - 5.1' (177cm)
    - 150 lbs (68kg)
    - 1 year of body building. (3 months with personal trainer)
    - BF %12.6
    - Arms 14 inch (35.5 cm)
    - Bench Press ( 150 lbs) 70 kg x 6
    - Barbell Curl (65 lbs) 30kg x 6

    Stop listening to your trainer, he doesnt know what he is doing and his advice can and could cause your problems you wished you never had in your 20's. Your first cycle was awfull and your 2nd planned cycle is even worse.

    Please read this article I wrote and learn from it

    AGE
    In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

    Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

    Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.



    TRAINING
    You need a few years of hard training under your belt before even considering taking any kind of anabolic support, people who jump on a cycle to soon without having some quality years under their belt usually results in injuries, it takes time to develop your connective tissue, tendons and nervous system to heavy overload training. Slowly getting your own system use to these kinds of extreme's will only help in muscle growth later on when you do decide to start taking AAS.

    Build a solid foundation for muscle tissue to grow and maintaining and development will be far greater than without it. Many younger guys will start cycling before they have reached their genetic potential which is crazy when a good solid diet and training program will be far beneficial and productive to muscle building.

    Workouts should be mainly focused on basic movements with a priority of over loading the muscle each and ever time you train, increasing your strength and ability to lift in proper form will help with building the foundation for future development


    DIET
    A lot of younger bodybuilders don't know how to eat. Researching and understanding how your own body responds will help you get to your natural limit, the right food at the right time and a full understanding of proteins,carbs, and fats will only help you succeed in achieving your natural goals. Keeping a diet diary will also help you understand the importance of macro, nutrients, calories and should help you see in which areas you could be going wrong in adding lean muscle tissue.

    No matter how much anabolic support you have it will be worthless without proper nutrition, food will help build and maintain your valued muscle weather its natural, cycling or in PCT. Adjusting your food intake and consuming muscle building foods coupled with a solid training program will help you achieve your natural limit and foundation before you start AAS use.

    This area is a huge problem with the younger guys and I can't express enough how important diet/food is when first starting out, post and pre training nutrition are very important and understanding how to load and feed the body will help push growth and create a very natural anabolic environment.

    Thanks a lot for your answers. Great post i learned many things. it is really good to know there are many ppl in this forum with a lot of knowlegde and who wants to help people.
    Can't believe trainers make mistakes like this. Can you please also tell me why my 1st and 2nd(which i don't start) cycle is wrong. Doses , time , pct everything wrong about it and how should it be.

    i think i should stop using AAS for couple years. many ppl told me steroids are addictive because you always want that performance and stuff. they were right..

    Btw after first cycle my thyroid phormones is working less then normal . now i m using a medicine which my doctor gave me. and i also feel tired even i sleep 8-9 hours. i think something is wrong about my energy levels or stuff. my natural testerone levels was normal after first cycle and liver test SGOP(AST) was 56.(normal level is 40) but doctor said its not big deal.
    (i went to doctor 13 days after last injection.)


    but he also said your throid is working less maybe because you used too much supplements which includes l-tyrosine.
    my supplements while cycling was (twinlab liquid amino , superpump , animal PAK , optimum whey , a little BSN NOexplode , scivation x-tend. (Superpump , bsn , amino and whey the supplements includes l-tyrosine.)

    Read what Marcus posted in his reply Right over probably the most important part it say's Age Screw with the natural order of things before you should and the repercussions can last a lifetime.

    Their is everything wrong about a cycle at your age! Marcus outlined everything you needed to know about what you should be doing at 20 years old. I can tell you that when I was 20 all I had to do was think about a chick and I was stiff as a board. Go to the diet section and learn how to eat and supplement properly learn how to train and how much rest your body requires to grow. I made my best gains in size and strength training naturally and I never had the information that can be found here on proper diet. Guess I had a horseshoe up my arse! If I had the information that I can access here now and with the imput from many members who have years and years of positive and negative experence I could have done much better. You should at your age be able to put on 15 to 20 pounds of muscle if you are willing to put in the effort with training diet and rest in a couple of years and at 5'-1" that would make you huge. As you get older you will realise that instant gratifacation is only momentary and the repercussions of your decisions will last a lifetime.
