I am pretty sure this is a dumb idea not only will you not get a six pack you would go to deep. winny is supposed to intramuscular injections only!!! if you want to get shredded do winny with clen or t3 but do not i repeat do not inject into your abs. the thing that works like that is GH and that is a subq shot not an intra shot.
do not do this!!!for fuck sake, a sound diet and training will give you abs.if you have to , use thermo's or bronco's , but shit don't stick your abs.

Seriously dude do not do that you will probably get very hurt. do crunches and watch your fat intake. also hit the treadmill.
I actually have friend that did that. I am pretty sure he said he stuck it in his top ab and all that happened was it hurt like hell. I am sure he used an insulin pin but still go wth delts or tri's. If you feel like stickin pins in odd places put one in between your toes. LoL JK
thats funny , man do more research i would recommend taking winny with clen and a good diet with good training.
