    Advise on first cycle please

    Hello,
    Been visiting this forum a lot over the last year but only just joined. Im 25 and am planning to start my first ever cycle on Deca Sustanon , was hoping to get some feedback/advice on a few things. Searched the forum and found the answers to most of my questions but still had a few queries.

    I visited a drug clinic and I had a long talk with one of the advisors there and he went through everything like side effects, injection technique and possible cycles etc. He advised me to start on 400mg Deca and 250mg Sustanon in one injection once a week for 10-12 weeks. Then start Temoxifen 10 days after for 3-4 weeks.

    Was speaking to a dealer though and he said I should be doing Deca and Sustanon in equal measures (400mg each), otherwise I am completely wasting my time. Now, im not sure if the guy was just trying to upsell me. He also suggested I do 2 injections weekly over 5-6 weeks instead.

    My stats:
    25 (26 in July)
    175lbs (my highest ever was 182lbs)
    6 foot tall
    ~14% body fat
    been working out seriously for 3 years now
    bit of an ectomorph
    Goal is to bulk up to 200lb

    Typical day diet:
    ~8am full fat milk porridge + multivitamin
    ~9am smoothie (blackcurrants, strawberries, raspberries, 1 banana, full fat milk & orange juice) with 1 scoop protein powder
    ~11am small protein shake (1 scoop with 300ml full fat milk)
    ~2pm lunch: usually a meat with pasta/rice cooked the night before and glass of milk
    ~5pm another small protein shake (1 scoop with 300ml full fat milk)
    ~7pm dinner: again a meat with pasta/rice and glass of milk
    ~8pm pre workout shake (1 scoop with 300ml full fat milk)
    ~10pm post workout shake (1 scoop with 300ml full fat milk)

    Im a big fan of milk

    Not really into doing anything like frontloading as Im a newbie and wanna just keep it simple. I'd also prefer to just do 1 injection per week if possible.

    Im planning to do 75% injections in week 11 and 50% in week 12 to wean myself slowly off the cycle to minimise losses.

    basically my main questions are:

    1. Who is right? My dealer or the drug advisor? should I go 400/250 or 400/400? and how often should i inject a week?

    2. what would be a good PCT? again, I would like to keep it simple, preferably oral and with minimal amount of injections please

    Also any comments appreciated.

    sorry bro no hard feelings but You need to hit diet section... you need to develope your joint and tendons so they can carry hard training while on cycle... i think at your height you can reach and must reach 200 lbs naturally by hard training and diet.... just my 0.2$

    way too much shakes not enough quality muscle building food. head over to the diet section and work out a real diet you'll be gaining in no time

    ok will definitely reconsider my diet, thanks for the tips

    but just regarding the deca durabolin / sustanon ratio, what do you think regarding that?

    Don't worry about it for now bro, just focus on your diet. The misconception with steroids is that they will permanently keep mass on your body or lower your bodyfat. In reality, your diet is the biggest factor. Not eating properly will be you will look exactly, if not worse, than your picture you posted in a few months after your cycle is over then you will get frustrated with yourself for spending all that money and nothing to show for it. Once you get your diet sorted and give it some dedication, the folks here will have no trouble sorting out your fruit juice for you. .
