cycle question

Ok, so I tried reading all the posts about posting new threads in this forum and etc... So, Im sorry If I missed something, but that is a lot of reading to do lol. Anyways this is my first cycle that I am doing. I believe I started with a pretty low dosage. I started on April 15th and I will be finishing on June 15. So a short cycle I guess? A friend was helping me out and he said I could do another one in August which I plan on doing. Although the dude doesnt feel like helping me with it.

I am doing sustanon and decanoate. Not sure if it matters but I have 3cc/mL syringes as well.

Here are the schedules he made up for me.

Now here are my questions:
1) Should I stick with the sustanon and decanoate and up the dosage? or go with something else?
2) Based on the schedule if I could just stick with these two, how much more should I be doing based on the schedule?

This was a short cycle so the one I do in August I would like to be a little longer and the length of a typical cycle. So, If someone could help me a I would greatly greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

1) i dont like sustanon for a cycle, to hard to make a even PCT
2) deconate is a ester, not a steroid . so whats the steroid?

3) cant see the gifs... :-/

5'7 140 24 years old. What do you mean its not a steriod ?

It definitely worked, because I felt more strength and etc... He said he would help me and this is what he recommended for me to take for my first cycle.

Should I continue taking those two and up the dosage or ?
