    Whats the best way to...

    Whats the best way to cycle EQ,Test (I've got prop & cyp), winstrol , tren , and liquidex? Thanks!

    What is your cycle experience?

    What are your stats and training experience?

    Why these exact things? Do you have a limited amount of each or is this all you can get ahold of?

    I am 5'10", 220lbs with 12% BF. I have been training since I was 20 and I am now 30. My first cycle was Sust, Deca , and Dbol cycle when I was 25. I have done four other cycles since then and all have been fairly basic. I am not really concerned about putting on more weight as I would like to concentrate on increasing strength and qualiy lean muscle mass. I would like to get a bit more definition as well as eliminating some of my subcutaneous fat b/c I lack veins. I chose the AAS b/c I thought that they would be best suited for my goals. I actually have quite a bit of stuff on hand in regards to variety. I also have Dbol, Sust, Winny tabs on hand besides the gear mention in my origional posting. I tend to hold water quite easily so that is why I plan on using the L-dex.
    Workout routine looks like this:

    Day 1-chest
    Flat barbell bench press-4 sets, 2-5-8-10 reps
    Incline dumbbell press-4 sets, 6-8-12-12 reps
    Pec deck-3 sets, 10-16 reps
    Incline machine press-3 sets, 8-12 reps
    Cable crossovers-3 sets, 12-20 reps

    Day 2-back

    Seated cable rows-4 sets, 6-8-10-12 reps
    Hammer strength pulldowns-4 sets, 8-10-12-12 reps
    One-armed seated cable rows-4 sets, 10-12-12-
    15 reps
    Pulldowns with narrow v-bar-3 sets, 10-10-12 reps

    Day 3-shoulders

    Barbell shoulder press-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Side laterals-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Rear delt machine-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Shrugs- 4 sets, 12-20, reps
    Upright row-3 sets, 12-15-20 reps

    Day 4-arms(superset tris and bis)

    Machine bicept curl-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Scull crushers-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Preacher curls-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Cable pressdowns-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Dumbbell curl-3 sets, 8-10-12-12 reps
    Cable tricept extention-3 sets, 8-10-12
    Reverse EZ-bar curl-3 sets, 8-10-12

    (Do a set of bis then a set of tris,etc…)

    Day 5-legs

    Barbell squat- 5 sets, 2-4-6-8-10 reps
    Leg extentions-4 sets, 8-10-12-12 reps
    Hack squats-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Leg press-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Lying leg curls- 4 sets 10-10-12-12 reps
    Seated raises-4 sets, 6-8-10-12 reps
    Standing raises-8-10-12-15 reps

    All sets are to ABSOLUTE MUSCLE FAILURE!!!
    Abs are done three times a week.
    Eat 3000-4000 calories a day

    I would do it this way:
    week 1-4 prop. 50mg ED
    week 1-12 cyp. 600mgs EW
    week 1-12 Eq. 500mg EW
    week 9-15 winny 50mg ED
    Liquidex .5 ED through out entire cycle
    Clomid 2 days after last winny injection....this is my can take it or leave....goodluck!
    i dont know too much about tren so ill bump for tren!

    id run it....

    1-4 prop 50 mgs ED
    1-12 cyp 600 mgs EW
    1-12 eq 500 mgs EW
    8-15 fina 75 mgs ED
    13-15 prop 50 mgs ED
    liquidex at .25 ED- bump to .5 or 1 if needed.

    clomid 2 days after last shot of tren /prop
