2 months cutting , Winstrol or Anavar?

Clen and EC stack cause me horrible anxiety and I cant withstand them.

I am considering using Anavar or winstrol on a cut. Because I don't want to waste a test cycle on low calories diet.

Which will be better for aiding me in losing fat , considering I am on a diet.

    I'd say cardio and diet.

Steroids wont allow you to lose fat per se in the long run but may help you retain and/or build lean gains in a low calorie environment.

I am on a diet for a very long time and I am stuck now. I know recovery from Var and Winnie is easy , so why not change things up a little?

Steriods are not wonder drugs. Diet is the key to losing weight. If your stuck change your diet. Plus having a high Bf percentage and cycling leaves you openfor estro sides...

    How tall are u?

How do I change my diet. I dropped from 2000 calories to 1600. Of course I lose weight , but very slowly. Food choice or meal frequency won't make any difference.

Looks like I'll start Var anyways ,lol.

Dropping cals isnt always the answer. Change your cardio intensity, Try HIIT, raise your HR. Try those first.

Dont worry about your calorie intake. I dont use any cutters, take in roughly 5,500-6,000 cals a day and right now Im at around 10%. I have next to no sodium in my diet, no sugar, extremely low saturated fat, no trans fat, no white flour products all Complex carbs when I eat them and Polyunsaturated fats. Lot of fish, chicken, brown rice, nuts, nonfat greek yogurt, natural peanut butter. Stuff like that man.. Dont Calorie count. Doesnt really work that well unless you are really overweight and dont exercise regularly.
