Bicep Injection

[MR BICEPS]

Hey guys whats the best way to do a bicep injection with a 1 inch needle. I heard you need to tense up the bicep,then relax it and inject. I'd appreciate some help.

Sounds about right...flex it really hard for a few seconds..the totally relax it...I lay my arm on a table...swab the peak and inject...MAKE SURE that you aspirate , as I've hit veins in my biceps more than two or three times in one cycle.....but other than that, I love bicep injections...I got up to 3 ccs in each..hehehe...stretch that fascia out!!
