I inj in my quads and last time I hit my left quad a day later I had a really sore lump and swelling just above and to the left of my knee. It is still sore 4 days later. Any help?

has the gear caused any problems injected else where?

you might have hit a nerve of somthing

if it's hot to touch it might be infected

you should have an oral antibiotic on hand during a cycle

Never had problems before, always very clean/sterile. The lump is like 8" below inj site. the swelling is gone but there is still a lump.
