Alcohol wipe. Jab. Remove. Apply pressure if bleeding. Maybe message location (usually don't).

the only reason would be to relax the skin so the jab doesnt hurt as much. otherwise you dont massage to open pores as you are not putting on your skin.

i do find the jab hurts less right after a shower then any other time. that is just me though.

Hi Starlight949. Posting things like that will get you some harsh responses around here. First you should know most gear is injected via an intramuscular route, that's Latin for stick it in your muscle. Unless you have a topical ointment or cream, then you should be concerned about pores in the skin. Personally, I wouldn't post for a while until you do some more reading, these cats will eat you up around here. Also, a massage wouldn't open pores, at least I don't think they would. Maybe taking a hot shower or just applying a hot compress to the area would open the pores if that was necessary. Read up dude/chick, you'll save yourself a lot of grief. Also, whats your pct once you use this topical steroid ? Yep, you want to have an understanding of pct also if you want to keep any gains and not hurt yourself in the long run.

DUH!!! You need to have the pores open on your "Skin" .. Otherwise when the needle hits my skin, it just bends in half.. So I need to massage my skin for a while before hand.. Then I do a hot shower.. Pores open wide and I fine the opening..

Same thing with bullets.. They bounce off me.. Thats why I can't be near hot water.. then people can hurt me..
