    lagging body parts

    i know this is not a question about gear but when i ask in the workout forum noone answers....well heres the situation i broke my arm a while ago and i wasnt able to workout for a long time. i started working out again a few months ago and now the whole right side of my upper body is much smaller than the left espicially arms and chest....my question is what can i do so that it catches back up....

    spot injects will only give the illusion of the muscle looking fuller because of the oil...keep training for hypertrophy and make sure to really hit that side with isolated motions like cable or dumbbell...if you used barbell exercises for chest it would remain lopsided, but you could always use one arm dumbbell presses on the lagging side. do the same thing for arm and you should begin to look more symmetrical.

    so i should use all dumbells for my exercises for a while until the right side catches up or should i jus do extra exercises with the right or both????

    no, use the bar at all times. This will ensure adequate and equal pressure on each side,, then u can do drop sets and grab a dumbell and pump out a few more with the lagging bodypart only.

    today at the gym i did my reg shoulder workout then afta i grabbed a dumbell and did presses with jus my lagging side....i did
    10 8 6 4
    is that what your talkin about???
    you think if i do this for all the lagging parts will catch up ssoon????
    if anything sounds wrong please input

    Here's my advice. You have already got the advice you need from two solid members. But im going to throw this in, check out pics of ANY person who works out and you'll notice one side is different than the other bro. Its a fact of life, one side of your body always grows different no matter what you do
