New guy with ?'s
So here's my story, I'm 6'2'', 250lbs, 25 years old and outta shape. A month ago I was 270lbs. I quit drinking, gave up sweet tea and caffeinated drinks, been eating a can of tuna for supper, and started working out doing light weight and high reps 3 times a week. Been taking C4 and fish oil pills and drinking lots of water. I feel better and have more energy but I'm not toning up like I want to. I still have this damn beer belly that doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I've done a little research and talked to a few guys and I think I want to try a cycle of Winny-Test. edit, pls read the rules, marcus

learn to diet and exercise properly and you will get the results you want. Its a misconception that taking winnie or even steroids in general make you ripped.

Definitely not an officer of the law, just a normal guy that doesn't like what he sees in the mirror. I've improved my diet considerably over what it's been in the past. I'm not wanting to become a body builder or health nut, I just want to look better and don't mind cheating a little to get to where I'd like to be. I've read the health risks and understand what I'm getting into, just need to know exactly what I need and where to get it. Any help would be appreciated

well i know its not what you want to hear but a)its against the rules to ask where to get stuff b)no experienced person on here will tell you what to take without you first proving you know how to diet and exercise. Steroids dont shed fat, diet and cardio do. If your fat before steroids you'll still be fat after without getting diet and cardio right. Head over to the diet section and put together a plan there first.

Not what I was looking for but thanks for your time. I've got a diet and exercise program going already and it's working well, I would just like to speed up the process. I've talked to a few guys that have 1st hand experience with Winnie and they're telling me that a 8-10 week cycle with a small amount of test would work great for me. I just wanted to hear what you pros had to say about it. I'm ready to do this and need some guidance. Am I at the wrong place altogether, is there another forum or somebody I could talk to to help me figure out exactly what I need. I really want to try this, so if someone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. Thanks

agreed proper diet and cardio works wonders for shedding bodyfat and another thing that usually helps which can be done with diet and cardio is a good old fashion eca stack, just dont think that eca is a shortcut its worth nothing without proper diet and a good cardio routine but if you have both straight then its amaing. I shed an extra 6 lbs of body fat with in my opinion its the best fat shredding method I have ever used.

I'm not going for mag covers LOL, I just want to cut weight and tone up without devoting my life to working out and eating perfect. I am working out and I am eating a lot better. I just want to lose another 20-30 lbs and have more muscle definition and I don't want to spend the next year doing it. Everyone I've talked to and everything I've read says that Winny will do exactly what I'm trying to do, and that I need a small amount of Test to go along with it. I just want to try 1 cycle and see how it works. If it works, great, if it doesn't, great, the way I see it is I'll only be out a little bit of money. Why is everybody so against me trying this?

Ottashape,
If you have lost 20 pounds in just a month, you are off to a great start. Remember you didn't put all that weight on in just a few months so expect it to take several months to lose it. Cardiovascular exercise and diet are the fastest ways to lose weight. Steroids can help you get you cut, but you really need to be down to around 13% before going on. Steroids are not magic.

Thanks for the advise guys. Vtach, believe it or not I did put on most of my excess weight in just a couple months, freshman year in college was hell on my body. Went from 215 to 280 in two semesters and I've been holding around 270 ever since. I'm naturally a big guy and looking back at pics I was kinda skinny at 215. I feel like my ideal weight is around 230. I'll never eat perfect or be the guy that looks like he lives in the gym, but I'm tired of looking like a slob and feeling tired all the time. I have bad knees and ankles so most cardio is out of the question. The working out that I've been doing is all upper body and I already feel a lot better. I'd love to read up on all this but I simply don't have time to. So if Winny is not the answer, what is?

Eating perfect and looking like you live in the Gym is exactly what steroids are about. There is no point to use steroids if you aren't going to take working out seriously, and that includes a serious diet. Whoever told you that Winny is going to help you lose weight is just trying to get you to buy something from them, or they're just retarded. If all you're looking for is an easy way to burn fat go try some of the over the counter fat burning pills. That'll be much safer on your body.

My understanding of it all is that Deka, Test, etc... are the body building types used for getting big and strong and that Winny is strictly for what I'm trying to do. I have no intentions of going up in weight and risking hurting myself, I'm not really trying to get any stronger. I'm fine with low weight and high reps. I just don't get all the no's, what would be so bad about me trying a cycle. I'm gonna keep working out and eating better

For the third time winnie is used when cutting up but it doesn't cut you up....cardio and diet does that. Guys use winnie when cutting because it preserves muscle, and hardens muscle. you can take all the winnie in the world though and if diet and cardio aren't right you won't look different

Not trying to sound like an a**hole, but you need to check out Men's Health forum rather than this one.
