you can mix it with milk or juice but i just do it straight. measure out out your dosage from a syringe sans pin and then drop it in...cheers.
You can also buy some empty gel caps and inject it into that.

Now thats a good idea! Ya the shait tastes like crap! I add mine to gatoraid. Seems to cut the bad taste for me some.Quote:
