    I dont really have any trouble attracting women - status or no

    the trouble is attracting the right woman - I have been fortunate enough to meet a few very nice ones but never the right one.

    Their trouble is that it is difficult to find me - I usually have other things on my mind

    well it would probably involve hanging ten on a long board and lots of sex wax (you have to grease up the board properly for a smooth ride)

    That suprised me, usually when any female posts-especially an attractive one like you-guys are posting all over themselves like vultures going after dead meat.
    Listed below is what has worked for my female clients in the past.

    I have been in the game for over 15 years and enjoy training women the most, as they work harder than men and they unlike men don't think they are just going to get results from showing up to workout halfass

    Here's a couple of more tips:
    Butt blaster or Glute machine
    Hack squats-deep
    Wide Squats on smith
    Stiff legged deadlifts
    Good mornings
    Lunges DB or BB
    leg kick backs with weight-these are the exercises you see women and men do in aerobic classes..down on all fours and kick the leg back.

    Rep Scheme 8-15 reps
    Diet Plan 50 % lean protein, 25% Fat from flaxseed oil/EFA's, 25% complex carbs.
    Avoid eating fats and carbs in the same meal if you can..you can eat protein and essentail fats in the same meal or protein and complex carbs in the same meal. Avoid fired fatty foods like the plague as well as simple sugars even fruits and juice.

    A Sample meal plan would be
    Grilled chicken breast
    Salad with flaxseed or another essential oil

    Grilled turky breast
    Baked potato or rice

    Supplements:
    Multivitamin mineral with Iron
    Calcium
    Fat burner if you can tolerate it..like xenadrine
    Whey protein
    Flaxseed oil

    good post massive G! I think that would be helpful to what a lot of our ladies are looking for - simple stuff but many are new and afraid to ask or dont know where to start even. At lease barbie is willing to ask what can seem like silly questions - the only way you learn sometimes - hopefully, that will give her a good base from which to do more research
