I am only able to find 25 gauge 1.5" Terumo needles. I have howver BD syringes. My question is will the Terumo syringe fit on the BD syringe properly? Thank you

I have no idea... but I'd say keep looking - if you found the pins you can surely find the pin/syringe combo's out there.
They are compatible, i use an 18G terumo to draw with, then inject with the BD 25G

Yes pretty much all syringe bodies/needles are setup basically the same way. I know i've used a few different kinds of syringe bodies with BD needles.
