Whats up Nuke, haven't heard from you in a while. All I know is that guy in the ad has some massive quads. On the animal pak though, I know a few guys that have taken it before. Really I don't know about all of those vitamins, there are 11 that come in one package and this is for daily consumption. It all adds up to 50 cents a day on vitamins, which really isn't bad I guess. Won't get you big but atleast you'll be one healthy mo-fo. Hope everything is going well bro.
Personally I think it is suppliment industry hype, but you can't knock what you haven't tried I guess.

There is a TON of shit in those animal paks. I bought some and stopped taking them because they gave me the shits. There are like 9 - 11 pills that you have to take at once, can't remember. As far as what they did for me, well I took them for about a month, and while battling the smelly, yellow piss, I don't think that they did anything for me. There are definitely better multivitamin paks out there. Oh one of the ingredients is Ox bile!!

I tried the AnimalStak, I thought it was decent for OTC.

I have tried there whole "cycle" (stak, pak, and cuts). It is a three week cycle, did two with a one week break. Gains were decent, but my main goal was weight loss, and it did wonders. In total I lost 60 pounds and 2 pant sizes. I still use the pack, it is loaded with vitamins and amino acids. Worth the money if you want a good multi vitamin.

I'm sorry bro, but if you lost 60 pounds off of some vitamins and prohormones, then I gotta say that 99% of that was all of your hard work and dedication, if not more. Big thumbs up from me bro.

Animal PAK is a multi vitamin - a staple... the bottomline. MultiVitamins are good for everything - basic functions in the body to include recovery and hypertrophy. Animal PAK is a high dose with lots of extras most mutis don't have... like plenty of aminos and digestive enzymes.
MultiVitamins are not something you cycle or take and expect to gain 20lbs - they are a requirement for anyone training with some level of intensity so their body gets the proper nutrients. If you are a lazy SOB - get the FDA levels in a Centrum... but if you are an active athlete you need the higher PDI's for your lifestyle.
Personally, I like GNC Ultra Mega Gold and have stuck with this brand for the last 2 years. BTW - very rarely do I get sick... which equals more gym time
