1-3 prop eod 100mg
1-10 test enth (ICN's) 500mg
8-12 winny 50 mgs ed
arimidex .50mg eod
clomid & nolva at the end
My question is Im looking to put on some lean mass but I want to cut up what should my diet look like? Ive seen some people on here just eat real clean and put on 15lbs and lose fat so how should I go about this?

What's your somotype? Ectomorph (naturally lean, hardgainer), Endomorph (weight comes on easy - but a lot of it is fat) or Mesomorph (naturally muscular and basically defined)...

Id say ectomorph but If I eat a lot of cals I tend to put on more fat then muscle so I can put on weight but I have to watch what I eat

Here's something to think about. Your first week of prop go 100mg ed then switch to eod. I did this with this cycle, I thought it made a big difference.
