Questions on using Clenbuterol?

1 - Is there a maximum time period I can run the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off method ?

2 - Are Potassium and Taurine the only additional supplements needed when taking Clenbuterol?

3 - Are there certain things to avoid when on Clenbuterol?

4 - High protein low carb is the best way to eat when on Clenbuterol ? (protein = 1.5g per lb of bodyweight carb = 0.5g to 1g per lb of bodyweight and fat = max of 0.25g per lb of bodyweight <-- some being flax seed oil each night)

5 - Cardio and weights should be done at a moderate level while on the Clenbuterol?

6 - Would it be ok to have cheat days while on Clenbuterol or should I only have them while on the 2 weeks of ECA or not at all ?

7 - Would anyone be interested in a posting of a daily/weekly/monthly diary of the results ?

1) I say 8 to 10 weeks is good, anything more is going to be hard on your CNS

2)Also some extra water can help, some people cramp up on clen.

3)I would say stimulents that effect the CNS, maybe too much for it.

4)That is the best diet for cutting period!! BTW, my fat intake is about .45g per lb of bodyweight and I go with .6g for carbs. I don't actualy use a formula that is what works best for me. Do what feels best and gets the best results, not what some generic formula says.

5)NO, I still go just as intense.

6)Yes, but they are not cheat days they are carb refeed days!

7)Sure, any info is always good for the board.

re: 1) so doing it for a 3 month stretch would be out ?

re: 1) how long off between that first run of it should I take before doing it a second time ?

one more question maybe for the ladies of the board:

My wife will also be doing this with me, she is wondering how this will effect her while "aunt flow is visiting" * ( <-- southpark for period) and is it alright to mix with birth control pills (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol tablets aka tri-cyclen)?

guess that was 2 questions.

1) That would be a little long IMO.

2) Give yourself a good 3 weeks or more off to let your body calm down. BTW, after 10 weeks or so of clen/ECA and a good diet and cardio you shouldn't really have to run it again for a while.
