Starting my Winny and EQ cycle
Ok well this is first cycle ever and i was wondering if anyone had any good workout plans on how i should work out? Any other info would be good to. Thanks

If you don't know how to workout hard then your not ready for gear. How long have you been training?

I know how to work out hard i was just wondering if anyway had any special workout plans that worked out good for them. Ive been training since i was in 9th grade but i really started to work out hard about 2 years ago. i graduated in 2001.

I usually try and do 3-4 sets with 6-12 reps for each set. But its hard to tell you just what to do because everyone is different. Train hard and switch up your program every 4-5 weeks and you'll be fine. If you have any more questions you might have better luck in the workout questions forum....

Thanks jenseno9. Thats how i usually work out so i guess ill just do the 4 sets with 12 reps.. Thanks

change up your workout every once in a while to keep shoking your muscles. good luck

My bad guess I read it wrong... LOL... I ALWAYS train differently every week. I rarely do the same workout twice in a row. NEVER three times. I love muscle confusion. But thats just me, and it works well so I do it. Your gotta find what works best for you..
