i am going to try and compete again soon so my cycle has been on for a while. when i first started i ran 10 week cycles, 8-10 weeks off, 10 weeks on, etc... my cycles back then where usually , 600mgs t200 or 500mgs sust per week, 400mgs eq or deca per week and 35-40 mgs dbol per day for 4 weeks. i trained naturally for 6-7 years as a competitive powerlifter before i even touched gear. i started lifting in 87'-88' at 5'11, 165lbs. i got up to 225 before i touched a syringe. eating enough is the biggest factor in gaining size, then training heavy enough, then you can add gear.

i went from 165 to 220 in about 1 1/2 years. i powerlifted in the 220 division so i had to stay under 220. 225 is the heaviest i got drug free. probably could have gooten at least 5-10 more lbs on me if i had tried. people just dont give their bodys the chance to respond drug free.
