Pharmacy prices vs. pharmacy quality

Does anyone here know how much pharmacy prices differ from black maket ones and if it is worth the extra money for the quality??

Are you talking about mexican pharmacies? Black market tends to be the most expensive way to get anything, thats why people risk crossing the border.
