I just started my 6 week winny today ,with eq/test/t3/clen..
my question is...
since the 1/2 life is so short with winny, and you should take at least 50mg everyday, what about sat/sun when i don't work out? does it just keep the blood levels up? is it really benefiting me to take it on those days? would it be a let down as far as mon/tues until the levels get back up again?

no bro u must take it all times /days ,regrdless training days or not .u wanna kepp levels constant .
Take it even on non-training days.
Agreed with Big N and Big T. Winny should be taken ED. Even on the days you don't workout to keep the blood levels consistant. If tabs are taken, you should split doses 2-3/days to keep them even more constant. Twice a day will suffice. I'm cycling some orals right now. Take one dose in the A.M. before lifting with some grapefruit juice. The juice aides with absorbtion. Second dose before retiring.
