Hi People !
I'm taking a cycle of Clenbuterol.
Which is the best time to take it ? During the morning ? Before workout ?
May I use something else to incrise results ? A hard diet is necessary ? Can I use Xenadrine with Clen ?

Split it into a couple of doses throughout the day. I like the old "two weeks of clen, then two weeks of Xenadrine".
Do not Do not take xenAdrine and clen together..take one or the other...they are both drugs that where designed for people with asthma. They are broncial dialators. They burn fat by using the same methods and receptor sites, they simply allow more o2 in the body and increase the bodies heart rate and temp by a degree or 2 and this make the bodies matabolism go through the roof.
Both of these if used for a long period of time will become useless. The receptor sites become filled and the body need stonnes of it to actually to burn fat.
Go with straight clen. I perfer 1 week on 1 week off. Has worked the best for me. Like i said do not do it with hydroxycut or anything like that. The stuff will simply not work. I have posted other more indepth posts to other people on here with similar questions pertaining to clen, explaining why not to do that and how to use it..look them up..you will find you answers i am sure.
If used with cardio and a strick diet..clen works wonders.

if you body is only allowing you to take 2 a day take it in am
if your doing 4-5 divy them up throughout the day.like everyone else says 2 wk on 2 wks off. xen for off days:D

Actually I'm taking 2 days Clen then 2 days Xenadrine.
I'm thinking in a cycle of 6 weeks using Spiropent (0.02 mg tab).
During this 6 weeks I'll be taken 90 tabs. Is it too much ? The peek is 6 tabs. Is it okay as a pyramid cycle ?
