Since i have torn my acl, my physical therapist measured my legs, and i have already lost 6 cm in my quad, and 4cm in my calf:mad:
My question is that i know clen is anticatabolic, but will it help with muscle atrophy? even at all?

i guess im just depressed and shocked about how i am losing everything. Since the begining of the month, i have lost 10lbs!-and now im goin in for surgery in the mourning,.....I just hate losing gains so rapidly, as im sure everyone else would be.
Thanks
I don't think clen is that effective as a anti-cat. If I let my diet slack when cutting on it, I can see the muscle loss, look really flat and get weak. Not like when I tried this on AS, then I still looked good and didn't lose much strength.

so, you could maybe compare that to cytomel.? I mean i know people dont normally use T3 off of a cycle because it would impair your muscle/strength gains.Quote:

Would you say/recommened only taking clen while on AS?
No, I think if you don't do anything stupid on clen it is fine and not catabolic at all. When I did my experiments I dropped my cals to 1200cal per day, I did this for 4 days and looked like shit. I did this once on Fina and Test and still was ok, lack of energy but ok muscle wise. I wasn't doing this as part of my diet but as an experiment I like to learn. BTW, T3 is much much more cat, I needed my diet to be 2800cals when I was on 100mcg of that stuff and no gear to not lose muscle, that is a lot of cals for me, when cutting I like to stay in the 2200 range and that is fine, 1lb a week and no strength or muscle loss (well minimal)

thanks for the imput pain!
Welcome, I love to experiment with stuff and see how the body reacts, that is the best way to learn, I hardly ever take what I see writen as the truth.Quote:
