Who to go for to test Test/Estrogen Levels and Growth Plate closure?

I'm a natural weight trainer right now hoping to experiment with some cycles as soon as I find out more information about my own body. I'm having very good luck with Nitro and Cell Tech which I started a couple weeks ago. I'm very educated about most fundamentals of bodybuilding and steroids , hell I use the search option at least once a day and I've been looking up information on everything for a good 2 years now. I'm currently 19 years old and have been lifting since I was a sophomore, but I'm way more dedicated now than I have ever been, but our high school training program was one of the weakest I've ever seen. I weigh roughly 200 pounds and I'm 6'1. My bench is roughly between 200-225. I appear to be a big guy but I still have stubborn fat like around the chest and love handles and most parts of my body. I was wanting to know what kind of specialist or what kind of place I would have to go to in order to get my testosterone and estrogen levels checked and I would also like to know if my growth plates are closed or not because if I'm going to look into a cycle I need to know exactly how my body is right now because I don't want to screw myself over in the long run. I could use a good example starter cycle that I could look into to cut my stubborn fat deposits and gain some nice mass as well. Any input, comments, questions, or advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks alot.

Get your doctor to refer you to an endocrinologist. Won't be cheap but they will be able to tell you more than you ever wanted to know about the hormonal state of your body.
