Im 176lbs 15%bf. What would I weigh at 10%bf? Whats the formula for converting %bf into pounds?

you're 176 at 15% ,well 10 % 0f 176 is approx 8.5 lbs. so subtract 8.5 from 176 and you get 167.5 lbs, but that's assuming that all of the weightlossis strickly BF.

Partyboy isnt that what he would weigh if he was 5%. Since you subtracted 10%bf?

then i took that # and divided it in half to get the 5% # .divide 10 into 176 and you get 17.6 , now divide it in half and you'll have 8.5or 5%.
