i will start my ECA stack next monday at 3 satacks per day the stack is :25mg eph/200mg caffeine/325mg aspirin
weel i just read an article that ephederine is too dangerous if it is taken more than 4 times a week is that true?i am plainning to cycle it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off i just cycled clen the last 2 weeks and lost about 10lbs
do it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off .
Always consult a doc if you are worried he can run a stress test on your heart to make sure you will be able to handle it. I take 60-80mg of Ephedrine daily when I am on a 2 week cycle of ECA. I have been fine and I have been using ECA type stacks since I was 17 or so. But always give your CNS a break by taking a rest from any CNS stimulent.

myself I take 50/400 EC every morning
and before workout I take 100mg eph
O do i EVER SWEAT..... getting leaner and gaining slowly
