    Injection sties

I found this off some article off www.t-mag.com

    "Injections Sites
Another thing that superficially seems trivial but makes a huge difference in plasma steroid concentrations is where you inject. That’s right, this seems utterly trivial but this study concluded that gluteal injections yielded far superior plasma levels as opposed to injections in the deltoid.

Of all the locations that nandrolone injections were given in this study (100 mg/ml x 1 ml in the glutes, 25 mg/ml x 4 ml in the glutes and 100 mg/ml x 1 ml in the deltoid), the deltoid injections yielded the lowest plasma levels of nandrolone by a huge factor, with peak concentrations being 50% lower than the 100 mg/ml gluteal injection and around 10% lower than the 100 mg/ml x 4ml gluteal injection. Lesson learned here: Only inject in the glutes for maximal steroidal efficacy."

I dont know how much truth there is to this, as I have not experience this first hand (no cycles to date) but when I do end up sticking I'll try to inject in arse.

    sheek,
thats a nice little article there bro, but if i were to inject in my glutes for all the shots i do on a particular cycle, i'd have an oil abcess/infection (or both) there for sure.

you all need to keep in mind that rotating your sites is the absolute most important thing to do, especially if youre doing multiples of any aas.
if youre shooting once or twice a week, it may not be a big deal, but ed, or eod shots, you better be moving it along.
i like to give each site about 7 days before i go back to using it again. you could probably go sooner, but why risk it? you have other areas to share the load...........

Yeah another interesting thing, a couple of month ago I went to my doctor to get a flu shot, and he gave it in my delt. I asked him what was the difference between glutes and delts? He said for something that lasts longer and something that get administered over time, the glutes would be more appropriate. However, something fast acting like a flu shot is more appropriate for the delts. As you said with everyday injections you are probably dealing with a shot acting ester anyways so I don’t think it will make much difference, but for something like test eth or cyp, in thinking glutes would be your best bet.

Damn Bro anyone that can do a calf shot can shot any where. Pec shot is a walk in the park compared to a calf shot, for me anyway. Props to you IFL79.

Can you see the difference in shooting different places? I understand the effects, or life of it may be better, but if you shoot your pecs, do you see the difference there?
