    Need Help Please!

    I'm going on my first cycle on Friday.
    I want to gain muscle, and gain fast, and lots of it. i'm 132lbs, I want to be around 200lbs. I've done my research and i'm doing an 8 week cycle.

    Week 1
    Deca - 200mg/week
    Sustanon - 250mg/week
    Dbol - 15mg/day

    Week 2
    Deca - 400mg/week
    Sustanon - 250mg/week
    Dbol - 15mg/day

    Week 3
    Deca - 400mg/week
    Sustanon - 250mg/week
    Dbol - 20mg/day

    Week 4
    Deca - 400mg/week
    Sustanon - 500mg/week
    Dbol - 20mg/day

    Week 5
    Deca - 400mg/week
    Sustanon - 500mg/week
    Dbol - 20mg/day

    Week 6
    Deca - 600mg/week
    Sustanon - 500mg/week
    Dbol - 25mg/day

    Week 7
    Deca - 400mg/week
    Sustanon - 500mg/week
    Dbol - 15mg/day

    Week 8
    Deca - 400mg/week
    Sustanon - 250mg/week
    Dbol - 15mg/day


    Now is this a good first cycle? Please if you can help me, give all the advice you want!

    eat more damn it! train for a while longer and hit the classic 500 test 400 deca 30 dbol for 8-10 followed by clomid and have nolvadex on hand bla bla bla

    Andro and Nor Andro? Your money would have been better spent on creatine, glutamine, and whey protein powder. 132 lbs? Either you're 4 feet tall or you could gain a lot without steroids . Do it naturally for now. EAT, EAT, EAT!!!

    andro is worthless bro. now let me say this, you have only been training a tear, your body isnt even close to its natural potential. you will be doing yourself a disservice in the long run by using gear now.

    but, if you are gonna do it, do it like this.

    sust at 500mgs per week for 10 weeks.

    deca at 400mgs per week for 10 weeks.

    dbol at 35-40mgs per day for the first 4 weeks only.

    you will need to have some nolvadex on hand and clomid for post cycle.

    I'd love to be 20 years old and 132 pounds just to see how fast I could gain weight naturally. Do it natural with a good diet, good rest, and good supplements (no Androscam) - you'll see how fast I mean!!! A cycle right now is the worst thing that you could do because you're way too small.

    i agree totally with these guys. i give you the advise because i'd hate for you to do it anyway and screw it all up.

    i trained for 5-6 years naturally. i went from 5'11, 165lbs to 225 lbs naturally, then i did juice. i am a very big guy because of all the natural years. now if i get off of gear my bodyweight doesnt drop below 220lbs. i didnt even use creatine or protein powders. these two products alone can give you alot of size. easy come easy go...

    gwizkid, you're working with a 132 lb base right now. Your steroid gains will be decent (if everything's in check) but your 132 lb base will still be the same. Get your weight up to the point where you start to reach a plateau, then hit the juice.

    relax kev i was playin i started the summer going in to 8th grade, i was probably pushin 140lbs hehe, got up to 200 by senior year and hit the sauce at 215 got up to 235

    I've been on Creatine, and have taken weight gainers and protein..and still do....i've taken andro and norandro...those are a waste...but i got them cause i wanted to grow FAST....BIG...FAST....and so I want to juice it up. I don't want to be a bodybuilder.....like go into competitions and all..i just want a good body....and FAST...so i'm juicing it up. I dont' want to be over 200...all you guys are 5'11 and 245 and i don't want to look that big if that's you in the pictures...I've ordered (not of the net, but through a friend)
    16 amps of Deca Durabolin - 200mg
    12 amps of Sustanon
    200 tabs of Dbol
    I gave you my cycle, should I order more, or get anything else? Will I look good? Will I gain huge? Like will I get to 200 on one cycle? I'm going to do this. I don't want to wait, I want to get BIG...FAST!

    ...and then what, do you expect those gains to stay? You have to be dedicated and work hard to keep those gains. It doesn't sound like you have the attitude to do it. If anything you'll just be putting a bigger dent in the couch cushions.

    well no, i'm going on roids to get big fast, after i get to that size then i'll keep working out hard, i'm not going to stop working out..i love it, i won't quite eating or anything. I just want to get up there now. If you know what i mean.

    You're gonna do this cycle no matter what we say, aren't you? You NEED Nolvadex on hand in case of gyno, don't wait until it happens. You NEED clomid for post cycle, or you'll lose a lot of your gains. Can you get this stuff? If no, don't even consider the cycle. Ever seen a man with tits?

    Run it like this:
    Weeks 1-4 Deca @ 400mg/week, Sust @ 500mg/week, D-bol @ 30-40mg/day
    Weeks 5-8 Deca @ 400mg/week, Sust @ 500mg/week
    Week 12 Clomid @ 50mg/day
    Week 13 Clomid @ 100mg/day
    Week 14 Clomid @ 50mg/day

    You need 4 more amps of Sust
    2 injections/week (250mg Sust, 200mg Deca - twice a week)
    Take milk thistle (start 1 week before D-bol and finish after week 5)
    Have Nolva on hand, just in case you feel itchy nips

    I hated doing this because you don't need AS, but I'd rather see you do it correctly that fuck yourself up more than you might with our help. Do us a favor and work your ass off to make this work out.

    NOW, DO SOME RESEARCH.

    Relax your only twenty you can very easly screw your bodys natural testosterone production if you abuse AS. You want to do them no ones going to change your mind dont ABUSE them. Do more research with the amount od natural test in your body right now you dont need to go crazy with the AS take it slow so you have many more years of cycles ahead of you instead of problems.

    how much nolvadex , and milk thistle..and what are they exactly. Clomid i only need at the end right? Weeks 9-11 aren't anything then 12-14 are with clomid. Right. Thanks for the help guys.

    copy down Excesses post and follow it. Only use novedox if you show signs of gynop some people say it inhibits gains

    I do 4-8 reps each set. 3-5 Sets per Excercise. Take 3-5 minutes between each set. (The goal is to put out maximum explosive effort on each rep of each set..I can't do that if I am still breathing hard from the prior set, or if the muscle is still burning. )
    I always do a few warm up sets, especially when lifting heavy weights in the middle of the session.

    Good luck youngster...seriously. My only concern is that you keep repeating that you want to get "BIG" and you want to do it "FAST". To me that implies that you are a little over eager and perhaps impetuous. This step is not to be taken lightly....if you are not CAREFUL and LOGICAL the consequences could be very dissappointing. You have been given EXCELLENT advice from some of the most knowledgeable people on the boards...please, please follow it verbatum. Also you WILL NOT get to 200lbs in one cycle. I think if you believe AAS are magical in what they deliver you are in for a HUGE let down. BTW, what is your diet like? Because if your diet isn't perfect, you're pissing your hard earned money down the shitter.

    if i were you i would go with bigkevs doses rahter than excess (nothing personal). i highly doubt that you will gain the 70lbs you want to gain on this cycle but you have to remember that steroids arent magic, you dont just inject and grow instantly. you have to stay focused on your workouts as well as diet and rest as these will have a huge effect on your gains. now as far as your questions.... milk thistle helps your liver which the dbol willl be damaging, he is saying to start taking it a week before you start your dbol and stop it after the 5th week of your cycle. make sure you have enough nolvadex (its better to have extra than not enough) you should be able to get them pretty cheap. you can take it throughout your cycle if you want but most people usually take it when they start to see signs of gyno (do a search on this for exact details). as far as the right time to inject and pop the pills i would advise you to search on this and make sure you can read as much as possible and know what youre doing before you start the cycle. good luck, keep us posted.

    by the way, i heard bigkev used a sharpie marker and that was the secret to his size......you might want to invest in a few of those

    What the hell is a matter with you.
    Listen to the guys on this board, you won't get any better advice than from them. I'm telling you as they did Train hard, eat like a Pig but good, and get rest. It will work. When I started working out I was 6ft 154lbs. After doing this for 4-5 months I was 185 and kept it. 31lbs man in 4 months just from training hard, EATING, lots of protein, creatine and glutamine. Take your time. Do this right for 5 months and look at your results, it will be worth staing away from gear for now. Do it for a year and you will notice tremendous gains. It only takes patience and doing things right. Listen to us we only want the BEST FOR YOU.
