1 cup of coffe

i made a search of how mush caffeine contain 1 cup of coffe it is btw 60 and 150 mg of caffeine but the problem is how mush coffe a cup can contain what they mean in 1 cup how mush ml???and if some and if some 1 can post me pic of the cup they mean hehe

1cup=8oz.

More like 230ml Teri but you were close :p

i just serched in the net i found it is about 225ml
