    'nother spot injection question.

    Whats up brothas,

I'm sure this has been asked but I could not find it with search.

I am wondering if when you shoot into quads can you divide them up into say three sections (A closer to knee, B center of quad, C off to the side). I would say there is about 6 inches in between each of these spots.

My question is....if I divide the quads up like above does that count as three spots which I can rotate OR is it still just one spot???

I am trying to come up with more spots to shoot since I am doing ED injects. Quads & Delts are the only places I am currently comfortable with.

    Any input is GREATLY appreciated!

    Thanks!!!

I shoot up and down the quad frequently bro. That should be fine.

Check out calves, bi's tri's and pecs as well. Their all easy as pie

    Thanks Pheedno,

So if I use different areas of the quad and rotate them I shouldn't have probs with scar tissue?

    Thanks!!!!

You should be fine. But dont rule out other areas like your glutes, bi, tris, calfs....keep those in mind

    I hear ya....

Right now I really feel comfortable with the delts and quads. I have tried calves and had massive pain (felt like a pulled muscle for several days). I really can't even picture shooting my bis/tris, but then again I never thought I'd be able to hit any of them myself.

    Anyway...

I will try and work up the nerve to hit other areas as suggested.

    Thanks!

with fina i get the calf pain you describe...my only muscle group to feel extremely sore and make me hobble around the day after unless i really make sure my calf is loose before injecting.

the other sites are not tough to hit one handed, it just takes practice to know where to hit and also to aspirate with one hand...you will get to the point where it takes you no time at all to load, swab, then prick.

i also recommend hitting every site possible while on fina, it allowed me to experiment what sites worked well for me while keeping all of them fresh. happy shooting.
