    2nd cycle

    im gonna start my 2nd cycle in a few weeks. i was gonna do deca , sust, ,and winstral but people are telling me just to use deca and winstral. i never used winstral before, how many amps do i get for a 10 week cycle, and how often do i shoot winstral?

    1st of all its winstrol not winstral.

    do it like this

    1-10 500mg sustanon
    1-10 300mg deca
    8-12 50mg ed winstrol
