Another Gyno Question

Ok guys i know this is getting repetitive and i apologize...i did however do some research and have an idea of what to do, but i'd still like imput. I finished my cycle Feb. 1st of tren/test. During the cycle i got some nipple sensitivity and a lump....did some nolva and it went away, so i assume it was from the test also did clomid post and all signs disappeared. Now here i am two months later and i'm feeling a small lump under my right nip. Would more nolva or clomid help...or both...im currently off and will be for another month or 2. during this off period i'd like to get rid of this...sorry so long winded.
