Gaining muscle isnt a quick process. How long have you been trying to bulk up?

Go to the diet and workout sections. There is so much information that is sure to help. I've learned that you need to do a little research and propose a specific question before some one will answer. But when they do answer, it is as good as gold usually.

Bump "Musclelover" @ 1208 we ALL want fast results but what are u willing to sacrafice for it?? youve come to the right place to gain info & when i say info i mean the right info and advice... dont expect Anyone here to just thell u to use AS and youll be good it wont happen.. let us look at your stats(age,ht,bf etc) and routine, bro along with a good diet and some much needed discipline you will grow trust me, even if your a hard gainer with these guys training u via this forum you will grow then once you've set your self on that right road you can begin to look at the next level. stary strong kid this is a long road not some instant thing.. make good choices

Something about the term "nothing is working" sets off an alarm for me.
I think in order to be actually considering AAS you need to understand the fundamentals of nutrition and bodybuilding enough to know that isn't as simple as things are.
