    hi people

    I i'm new here just want to say hi everybody
    hope this forom his good with info

    i'm 20 y.o. 6,2 215lbs
    i'm in canada the land of lumberjack&curllers(joke)
    anyhow, i'll post a good question later(starting new cycle for
    winter)
