OK, a good friend of mine finished his 12 week "bulker" of sust/deca/dbol about 5-6 weeks ago. He ran no clomid post cycle, just HCG for 2 weeks. IMO, mistake #1.
He also did not use anti es. mistake #2.
About 4 weeks post cycle, he dropped his carbs to 0, except for veggies and increased cardio to cut. mistake #3.
He also used no creatine to help offset post cycle weight loss. mistake #4.
Now, he's telling me how much weight he's dropped recently and how much his strength is going down. :unsure:
Anyone else see a problem with this scenario? He'll probably read this so spell it out for him boys
