end cycle--keep mass questions help!
i am about 4 weeks post cycle now, and am currently taking clomid. From eating alot during my cycle i have got love handles and a little gut. What should i do to lose this fat, but keep the muscle that i've built.
i know its typical to lose some weight post cycle. I started running and now i'm really losing weight, i've prob lost 6 lbs. i'm afraid if i cut back on food and start running i'm gonna lose it all!

Don't cut back, you need to up your protein and cut back carbs. Try and keep calories the same until you fully recover. Then find your maintenance calories are then adjust your protein and carbs accordingly.
