    Pyramid dosages

    Do you think it is better to pyramid your dosages (example): Sustanon 250; week 1 250mg, wk 2 and 3 500mg, wk 4and 5 750mg, wk 6 and 7 500mg, wk 8 250. Or 750mg all 8 weeks?

never, never never pyramid - that is from 15-20 years ago - only thing that is worthwhile is frontloading longer esters for advanced users - otherwise, strait is the prefered method

Pyramid is old school and certainly not productive with sustanon . Where sustanon is concerned you would probably get better results from tapering the esters as opposed to tapering the dosages.
