best time to take cytomel?
when is the best time, for example ....say i wake up at 9 am and go to the gym. should i take it like at 5-6 am or something , like wake up take it and go back to bed and then couple hours later eat or whatever? is it better taking it hours before you work out? or is it just as effective if u take it after you work out? i was thinking about waking up at 5-6 am and taking 25-50mcg adn then going to sleep and waking up a few hours later eat and go workout. or should i take 25 morning and 25 mid day or night>?
