best time to take cytomel?

when is the best time, for example ....say i wake up at 9 am and go to the gym. should i take it like at 5-6 am or something , like wake up take it and go back to bed and then couple hours later eat or whatever? is it better taking it hours before you work out? or is it just as effective if u take it after you work out? i was thinking about waking up at 5-6 am and taking 25-50mcg adn then going to sleep and waking up a few hours later eat and go workout. or should i take 25 morning and 25 mid day or night>?

The most important thing is that you take it on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning. It isn't like an ECA that will get you all "hyped" up for the gym. I only split my dosage to 2 times a day when I go above 50mcg.
